This Privacy Policy applies to the Peakbase website and to information you send when you contact Peakbase about design, development, AI, or related studio services. It does not replace the privacy terms in a signed client agreement, and it does not control independent third-party websites or services.

In this policy, “Peakbase,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peakbase Studio. “You” refers to a website visitor, prospective client, client contact, collaborator, or other person who communicates with us.

Information we receive

We may receive the following limited categories of information:

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and preferred way to communicate when you choose to provide them.
• Inquiry and project details: messages, briefs, goals, budgets, timelines, files, and other material you decide to share.
• Service records: proposals, project communications, invoices, and delivery information when we work together.
• Basic technical data: hosting and security providers may record IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic information.

The current website does not provide user accounts, accept payments directly, or ask you to submit sensitive personal information through a web form. Please do not send confidential or sensitive data unless it is necessary and we have agreed on a suitable channel.

How and why we use information

We use information only for relevant studio and website purposes, including to:

• respond to questions, arrange calls, and understand a potential project;
• prepare proposals, enter into agreements, deliver services, and provide support;
• maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the website;
• keep appropriate business, tax, accounting, and project records;
• protect our rights, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as operating and securing our studio. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and external services

Peakbase does not currently set custom analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The site loads Poppins from Google Fonts and animation libraries from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When these resources load, those providers may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details under their own privacy practices.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and any description you provide are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards the inquiry to our studio inbox. The website does not store a separate copy of those details. Other links that open social media, messaging, booking, or external services are controlled by those providers. If we later add analytics, embedded media, or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required by applicable law.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only with:

• hosting, email, storage, communication, security, accounting, and other providers that help us operate;
• trusted collaborators or subcontractors who need the information to support an agreed project;
• professional advisers, regulators, courts, or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required;
• a successor in a genuine merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or part of the studio, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

Some providers or collaborators may process information in another country. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards and consider the protections available in the destination.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, completing projects, maintaining necessary business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations.

Retention depends on the type of record and our relationship with you. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to:

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact us promptly.

The website and studio services are intended for businesses and people who can enter into a service relationship. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request deletion.
