Clear ground rules for using the Peakbase website and understanding the information published here.

Working clearly

Good work starts with clear expectations. These terms explain what this website provides, how its content may be used, and where a separate client agreement begins.

01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use the Peakbase website. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you use the website for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

02

What this website provides

This website introduces Peakbase Studio, describes our design, development, AI, and related capabilities, and presents selected work, pricing examples, and ways to contact us. The content is general information, not professional, financial, legal, security, or other regulated advice.

We may change, remove, improve, or reorganize website content at any time. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not promise that every detail will always be complete, current, or free from error.

03

Client engagements

Visiting this website, sending an inquiry, or booking a call does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. A service engagement begins only when Peakbase and the client accept a written proposal, statement of work, contract, or other agreement.

That client agreement controls project scope, responsibilities, timelines, approvals, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, support, and termination. If a client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the client agreement governs that engagement.

04

Pricing, timing, and proposals

Prices, package descriptions, delivery ranges, and availability shown on the website are illustrative starting points unless explicitly stated otherwise. A final quote depends on the confirmed scope, schedule, technical requirements, team, dependencies, and level of support.

  • A written proposal or agreement confirms the final fee and payment schedule.
  • Taxes, transaction charges, licenses, hosting, model usage, app-store fees, and other third-party costs are excluded unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Timelines depend on timely access, content, decisions, feedback, approvals, and other client responsibilities.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, schedule, or separate work order.

05

Intellectual property

Unless identified otherwise, the website’s design, layout, copy, code, graphics, logos, motion, case-study presentation, and other content are owned by Peakbase or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial website content;
  • remove ownership notices or present Peakbase work as your own;
  • use our name, logo, visual identity, case studies, or screenshots in a way that suggests endorsement;
  • extract or reuse website content to train, benchmark, or populate a competing commercial service where prohibited by applicable law.

Ownership and licenses for client deliverables are determined only by the relevant signed client agreement and any required payment conditions.

06

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or disrupt website operation;
  • scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that creates unreasonable load or ignores technical restrictions;
  • misrepresent your identity, impersonate Peakbase, or send fraudulent or abusive inquiries;
  • interfere with another visitor’s use of the website.

We may restrict access, preserve relevant records, and take appropriate action where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

07

Third-party services and links

The website may load or link to third-party fonts, libraries, hosting services, social platforms, messaging tools, booking tools, or external websites. Peakbase does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices.

A link does not necessarily mean that Peakbase endorses the provider. Use third-party services under their own terms and privacy policies, and make your own assessment before relying on them.

08

Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of any feature, or that the website will be free of errors, harmful code, or security incidents.

Examples, case studies, demonstrations, and outcomes describe particular work or concepts. They do not promise that another project will achieve the same result. Your decisions should account for your own requirements, users, market, technical environment, and professional advice where appropriate.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peakbase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, including lost profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Peakbase’s aggregate liability arising solely from the website will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically to use the website during the six months before the event or the minimum amount required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10

General terms and contact

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these terms without our written consent; Peakbase may assign them as part of a genuine reorganization or transfer of the studio.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Peakbase’s principal place of business, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to you. Any project-specific governing law and dispute process will be stated in the relevant client agreement.

We may revise these terms when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top shows the latest version. Questions may be sent to Peakbasestudio@gmail.com.
